Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 October 2026. The short version: your photo is used only to make your pfp and is never stored, we have no accounts, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

This policy explains how CustomizeMyPFP (customizemypfp.com), run by Pentora ("we", "us"), handles information when you use the site. Questions: hello@customizemypfp.com.

Photos you upload

When you generate a pfp from a photo, your browser crops it to a 512 x 512 image and sends it to our server, which passes it to the image model on Cloudflare Workers AI to create your picture. The photo is processed in memory for that one request. We do not save it, keep a copy, or use it to train any model. The generated picture is sent straight back to your browser and is not stored by us either.

Descriptions and choices

If you describe a character, or add extra details, that text and your chosen options (style, gender, mood, palette, background, framing) are used to build the instruction for the AI. Text written in a language other than English is first translated to English by a translation model on Cloudflare Workers AI. Like photos, this text is used only for your request and is not stored.

Technical information

  • IP address. Used briefly to limit how many pictures can be generated per minute, to keep the free service fair. It is not stored with your photo or text.
  • Bot check. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated scripts. Turnstile checks your browser and may process technical signals such as your IP address and browser details. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
  • Error logs. If something fails, our server logs a short technical error message. These logs do not contain your photo or description.
  • Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers.

Cookies and storage

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores two small preferences in your browser's local storage, only to remember whether you chose or dismissed a language suggestion. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie for security.

Service providers

The site runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the pages, runs the AI models, the bot check and analytics on our behalf. Google provides the web fonts. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and you must not upload photos of minors. If you believe a child's photo was used, contact us.

Your choices and rights

Because we do not store your photos or descriptions and have no accounts, there is usually no personal data for us to access, correct or delete. Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, such as access, correction, deletion or objection. To make a request or ask a question, email hello@customizemypfp.com.

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
